1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 3pitt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 3pitt website located at https://3pitt.net and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, "the Services").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the 3pitt platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the 3pitt platform.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of 3pitt is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 3pitt does not permit persons under the age of 18 to register an account or use any of the Services under any circumstances.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling and casino gaming in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with 3pitt or any other gaming platform where such exclusion would make your participation in online gambling inappropriate.
• You must not have been previously suspended or permanently banned from 3pitt for any reason.
• You must act on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of any third party.

3pitt reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming age and identity at any time. Registration or continued use of the platform constitutes a representation that you meet all eligibility criteria above. If 3pitt subsequently determines that you do not meet these requirements, your account will be suspended and any winnings generated may be voided.

3. Account Registration

To access most features of the 3pitt platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account use:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on 3pitt. Multiple accounts held by the same person may be closed without notice and any balances or winnings may be forfeited.
• Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 3pitt will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Identity verification (KYC): Before processing any withdrawal, 3pitt will require you to complete identity verification by submitting acceptable identification documents. This is a one-time process unless documentation expires or your circumstances change materially.
• Account closure: You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Outstanding balance in a verified account will be returned to your nominated payment method subject to applicable verification requirements.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All account balances on 3pitt are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms apply to financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 500 for most payment methods. Specific minimum amounts may vary by payment channel.
• Supported methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, and Skrill. 3pitt reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods from which the account has previously deposited, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• Processing times: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically complete within 15 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours. Bank transfers are processed within 1–24 hours. Processing times are estimates and not guarantees.
• Currency: Deposits made via USDT TRC20 are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit. 3pitt is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and conversion.
• Fraud prevention: 3pitt employs automated and manual fraud detection systems. Transactions flagged for review may be delayed. 3pitt reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

3pitt may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, and other promotional incentives. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Eligibility criteria vary by promotion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus funds and free bets may only be used on games or markets specified in the promotion. Where not specified, 3pitt reserves the right to determine eligible games at its discretion.
• 3pitt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. In the event of cancellation of an active promotion, 3pitt will give reasonable notice where practicable.
• Abuse of promotions, including collusion, use of multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of bonus terms, may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and account suspension.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 3pitt:

• Bets and wagers are final once confirmed. 3pitt does not accept requests to cancel or modify confirmed bets except in clearly defined error circumstances set out in specific game or market rules.
• 3pitt reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: system errors, manifest pricing errors, evidence of match manipulation, and breach of these Terms.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market interface.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game or bet, 3pitt will apply published game-specific rules to determine the outcome. Where no specific rule applies, 3pitt's decision is final.
• All live casino games are operated by licensed third-party providers. The rules specific to each live casino game are displayed within the game interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3pitt platform. Breach of any prohibition below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to access or interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage
• Using insider information or engaging in match-fixing or any activity related to manipulation of sporting outcomes
• Attempting to circumvent platform security measures
• Registering multiple accounts or misrepresenting your identity
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 3pitt platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and design elements, is the property of 3pitt or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or exploit any content from the 3pitt platform without prior written consent.

9. Privacy & Data

3pitt collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes data required for identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement.

10. Responsible Gaming

3pitt is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides the following tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from account settings
• Session loss limits: Limit the amount you can lose in any given session
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications when a session reaches a set duration
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend access to your account for a defined period
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a minimum period of 6 months

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 3pitt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. 3pitt's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

3pitt does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

12. Amendments

3pitt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file or via a notice displayed on the platform. Continued use of 3pitt following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 3pitt is incorporated. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or use of the 3pitt platform shall first be referred to 3pitt's customer support team for attempted resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
